Privacy Policy

Scope

SmarterApps.Pro operates a product discovery hub and a digital marketplace for one-time purchases. Linked standalone apps (subdomains or external domains) may have their own privacy policies. This policy covers the hub site and marketplace checkout/download flows on smarterapps.pro.

Data we process

• Authentication account data for users who sign in to this hub.
• Marketplace checkout details: name, email, order number, purchased product metadata, payment status.
• PayPal transaction identifiers needed to confirm one-time payments (we do not store full card numbers).
• Download entitlement tokens, download counts, and light abuse signals (e.g. hashed IP, user agent).
• Basic operational logs (errors, diagnostics, security events).
• Administrative product and order metadata managed by authorized admins.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by PayPal. PayPal may process additional personal and payment data under its own privacy policy. We use payment confirmation data only to fulfill digital orders and provide customer support.

Data we do not centrally process for linked apps

• Product-specific customer records inside independently hosted apps.
• Billing handled entirely inside those external apps (outside this marketplace).
