Hub and product separation

SmarterApps.Pro provides product discovery and a digital marketplace. Linked standalone apps may have separate terms, pricing, privacy policy, and support. Marketplace digital goods sold on this site are governed by these Terms unless a product page states otherwise.

Digital products and license

• Purchases are one-time payments (no recurring subscription on this marketplace).
• After successful payment you receive a personal license to download and use the purchased digital files.
• Unless stated otherwise, licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable; you may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the downloadable files.
• We may update the downloadable file for a product; paid buyers can re-download the current file while their entitlement remains valid.
• Download links are limited (max downloads / expiry). Abuse, sharing, or automated scraping may result in revocation.

Payments and refunds

• Payments are processed by PayPal. Complete checkout with accurate name and email for delivery.
• Digital goods are generally non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law or if the file is defective/undeliverable.
• If a refund is issued (via PayPal and confirmed by us), download entitlements are revoked.
• Contact legal@smarterapps.pro for billing or delivery issues; include your order number.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, probe, or disrupt the hub, marketplace, or linked product services.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, admin functions, downloads, or infrastructure.
• Do not circumvent download limits or share entitlement links publicly.

Affiliate program

• Registered users may activate one affiliate profile and share referral links for eligible digital products.
• Commission is earned only on valid attributed Paid orders, after the configured hold period, and may be reversed for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, self-referrals, or attribution abuse.
• Self-referrals, spam, misleading claims, cookie stuffing, paid-search impersonation, and attempts to manipulate tracking are prohibited.
• Payout requests require complete bank details and at least $100 USD in available commission. Bank transfer fees or receiving-bank charges may reduce the amount received.
• Affiliates are responsible for applicable taxes, disclosures, and compliance with the rules of social platforms they use.
• We may suspend an affiliate account or reject/recover commissions linked to abuse. Legitimate payout history remains recorded.

Availability and liability

We aim for reliable service, but availability is not guaranteed. The hub and marketplace are provided on an as-is basis. Linked products may change or be unavailable without prior notice. Our liability for digital goods is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order, to the extent permitted by law.
